If you choose to connect your TikTok account to CalmCap, we may collect or access information that you authorize through TikTok Login Kit and TikTok APIs.

Basic TikTok account information, such as your TikTok user ID, username, display name, avatar/profile image, and basic profile details.
TikTok profile information, if authorized by you, to display your TikTok profile inside the CalmCap dashboard.
TikTok account statistics, if authorized by you, such as basic performance or account metrics.
TikTok video information, if authorized by you, such as a list of videos connected to your TikTok account.
Video upload and publishing permissions, if authorized by you, so CalmCap can help you upload videos as drafts or publish videos to your TikTok profile when you choose to do so.
CalmCap does not post to your TikTok account without your authorization and action inside the Services.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use your information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
Create, manage, and secure your account.
Allow you to connect your TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit.
Display authorized TikTok profile information inside your CalmCap dashboard.
Display authorized TikTok video information and account statistics.
Allow you to upload TikTok videos as drafts or publish videos when you choose to do so.
Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service requests.
Communicate with you about your account, orders, support requests, updates, and changes to our Services.
Personalize your experience and improve our website, products, tools, and features.
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, unauthorized access, or illegal activity.

4. TIKTOK CONTENT POSTING
If you use CalmCap’s TikTok integration, you may upload, draft, or publish videos through TikTok’s Content Posting API.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before uploading or publishing it. You are also responsible for making sure your content complies with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, advertising policies, intellectual property rules, and all applicable laws.
CalmCap only uses TikTok permissions for the features you authorize and use.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information in the following situations:
With service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting providers, payment processors, ecommerce platforms, analytics providers, customer support tools, email providers, cloud storage providers, and security providers.
With Shopify or other ecommerce platforms if our store or checkout is powered by Shopify or another third-party ecommerce provider.
With TikTok when you choose to connect your TikTok account or use TikTok-related features.
With business partners or vendors when necessary to provide the Services.
When required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, or to protect our rights, users, property, safety, or business.
In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy.

We do not sell your TikTok account information.

You may also request that we delete personal information associated with your account, including TikTok-related information we store, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, and operational requirements.
